Equipment

Gun – You have a gun and a small amount of ammunition (usually 1-2 shots left). The type of gun you have will depend upon the phys-rep. If your gun is a pistol it will fire bullets and the ammo type will be ‘Bullets’. If your gun phys-rep is a shotgun or rifle it’s ammo type will be ‘Shells’. You should provide a realistic looking, noise-making phys-rep for this such as a cap-firing gun (though not a starter pistol or flare gun). Please do not bring actual guns or air-soft guns. You may pick this equipment twice, giving you two guns.

Spare ammo – You have 1-6 shots of either ‘Bullets’ or ‘Shells’. If you have chosen ‘Gun’ as well as ‘Spare Ammo’ it will be of the appropriate type, if not it will be random. You may pick this equipment twice, giving you two sets of spare ammo.

Melee weapon – Your character on his flight to safety has looted or picked up some form of defence. This could be a frying pan, a display sword, sporting equipment, a large kitchen knife, a flick-knife or Swiss-army knife with a large blade, a fire-axe, gardening tools, power tools or anything else a person living in the year 2005 could reasonably gain access to (even a chair leg). You need to provide a suitable larp-safe phys-rep for this. You may pick this equipment twice, giving you two weapons.

Crossbow & bolts – You nutter you! You have laying around the house a crossbow, and have chosen to bring this with you. While not as effective as a gun it does have the benefit of having semi-reusable ammunition. You need to provide a suitable larp-safe phys-rep for this. You may pick this equipment twice, giving you two crossbows.

Medical supplies – Maybe you are a medical professional, or maybe you are a drug addict who broke into some place and grabbed what you could find. However you came by it you have a supply of bandages and drugs that can be used to treat people with. You will need to supply a set of bandages, some bottles and other random medical stuff. You may pick this equipment twice, giving you two sets of medical supplies.
